Help open new eyes to the nature of Maine!
Maine Audubon is the only organization that works to conserve Maine’s
wildlife in three ways: providing hands-on environmental education for
people of all ages, conducting research and wildlife conservation projects
statewide and taking action to help shape effective science-based conservation
policy.
Maine Audubon owes much to those individuals who believe that the most
important contribution they can pass along to future generations is
a healthy environment.
Maine Audubon’s members , donors, and supporters make our work
possible. You can, too! Join us today!
Why
Private Support is Important
Maine Audubon works to conserve Maine’s wildlife and wildlife habitat by
engaging people of all ages in education, conservation and action.
Continuing our vital work depends on generosity from people like you.
One of the most basic ways we as a society can shape the future for
ourselves and generations to come is to preserve the natural world around
us. Perhaps you are drawn to the coasts, marshes, fields and forests
of Maine because of your appreciation for the wonder and beauty of nature,
your recognition of the interconnectedness of habitat, wildlife, and
human survival, or the opportunities the natural world offers for discovery,
refuge, and renewal.
Whatever the reason, your support of Maine Audubon shows that you are
aware of the many threats to these special places and the birds and
other wildlife they harbor. Your support demonstrates you are willing
to help conserve Maine's wildlife and wildlife habitat for generations
to come.
For more than 150 years, Maine Audubon has united concerned citizens
to preserve wildlife and wildlife habitat through citizen science, habitat
preservation, advocacy and education.
Our critical work cannot take place without your financial support.
Please consider making a gift to Maine
Audubon today.
